Returns
Return costs
Due to the high return costs, we are unfortunately forced to pass on these costs. Without this measure, we would have to increase our prices, and we would rather avoid that. That is why we ask you to pay the costs for the return label yourself when returning items.
You can purchase a label yourself at a PostNL or DHL point and make sure you receive a proof of postage. This may mean that it is not always advantageous to return a product, especially when the value of the returned products is less than €15. However, return costs will be reimbursed in the event of an error on our part, for example if you received the wrong product.
Can I return my ordered item(s)?
You can return your order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Once we have received the return, we will refund the order amount to you within 14 days. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
If you have unexpectedly ordered the wrong size, you may return your order, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. You will receive your money back upon receipt. You can wait for this, but you can of course also place a new order.
Ordering and delivery
What is the status of my order?
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from our ordering system. As soon as the package is packed and shipped, you will receive a track and trace link by email via PostNL.
What are the shipping costs?
€5.50 for the Netherlands and
€6.95 for Belgium and Germany
Free shipping on orders over €95,-
What is the delivery time?
We aim to deliver your order the next day (95% of the time). – Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day. – Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM through Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note: During very busy periods (Ramadan/Eid) your order may be delayed by 2-3 business days. We hope for your understanding. If you require a specific order to be delivered urgently, please indicate this in the comments when placing your order.
What if I didn't receive an order confirmation?
After you have paid for a new purchase, you should receive a confirmation in your email inbox within 10 minutes. Didn't get it? First check your trash/spam folder to make sure the email didn't end up there by mistake and also check if your email address is correct (account page). If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
